Quick Meal DIY--Dry Noodles with Tuna Sauce

Have you cooked by yourself? Today I'm going to share one of my quick meal with you, simple recipe of tuna and noodles. I often have this as my lunch or dinner if I'm home to have a quick time cook. As a single girl, everything in my apartment is easy including food. There's no kitchen in my partment, only simple portable oven, and a small sink next to it for dealing with the food. Although I like cook, I always cook only for myself. Even my families don't want to try it. haha But, since last week SuFen, my coworker, came to visit me. I cooked this for her as she said she hasn't had lunch yet. She liked it and had them all. Maybe she's too shy to leave them or she's to hungry, but she said it was great! Therefore, I think I can share this with you and maybe you can try to do it yourself if you would like to have a quick eat. But, if you think it's not better than yours... ignore me! haha

[Chinese Dry Noodles with Tuna Sauce--AnnClaire's style]
Needed time: 10 minutes
Ingredients: Noodles, Tomatoes, Tuna Can(in water), Green Onions, Corns

Any kinds of noodles are all fine, even vermicelli. Tomatoes, I only use one. Tuna Can, I use half of it. I don't use the one in oil, cus I don't know what oil it came from. If you'd like to add some, I think oliver oil would be better. Green Onions and Corns, all depends on how much you like it.

Directions:
1. Cooked the noodles with corns for 3 to5 minutes, it depends to what kind of noodles you make.
2. While cooking the noodles, slicing up tomatoes, green onions. And put them with tuna. Just do it as picture 1. http://www.mw.net.tw/user/annclaire/album/2007/04/14/32618/334128/
3. After the noodles and corns are ready, get them out of the water to cover the tuna sauce. Just to warm them, cus the vegetables are raw. See Picture 2 http://www.mw.net.tw/user/annclaire/album/2007/04/14/32618/334129/
4. After one minutes warming the tuna sauce, mix them all. See Picture 3. All done! http://www.mw.net.tw/user/annclaire/album/2007/04/14/32618/334130/
P.S. all the picture1, 2, 3 are in my photo album, which is linked on the right side of my blog.

I didn't add any flavors into the sauce, because the tuna was salted. You can try any seasoning you want to... Enjoy it!
